The XEM spherical insert bearing, which is machined from bar stock, can be used in both pillow block bearings and flange mounted bearings. Manufactured from the high-performance plastic iglidur X, it is ideal for applications requiring high compressive strengths and extreme temperatures. iglidur X is characterised by universal chemical resistance and very low moisture absorption, which makes the material particularly suitable for use in demanding environments.

Thanks to the embedded solid lubricant, no additional lubrication is required, which makes operation in dirty or damp environments particularly advantageous. Our spherical insert bearings are easy to install and offer a cost-effective and lightweight alternative to a conventional metal ball bearing.

Housing compatibility
