drylin®E DC motors with gears

Three types of Torque-resistant DC motors with gears: Spur gear, Planetary gear, Worm gear

Simple linear motions can be made with DC motors for the operation with a voltage of 12V to 24V. The small quiet motors with gears are connected to a power supply unit or directly to a battery via low-profile connectors. You can change the direction of the motion by switching the poles.

The torques generated by the DC motors range from 0.1 to 1.8Nm, depending on the type. The speeds range from 22 to 440rpm. This allows you to achieve linear speeds in a range of 0.55 to 300mm/s.

drylin® E couplings

drylin® E gearbox

The coupling connects the drive pin of the axis to the motor. An elastic polymer insert in the centre of the coupling transfers the motor torque. This dampening element compensates for radial and axial clearance.
