Marketing Officer

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Officer at igus Singapore Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing our marketing campaigns, both internally and externally. Your role will involve supporting the Operations Director in day-to-day marketing activities, growing our client base through active telemarketing initiatives, enhancing our CRM database, and planning and managing various marketing events and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Operations Director in day-to-day marketing activities.
• Grow the igus client base through active telemarketing initiatives.
• Enhance CRM database, including uploading new contacts and updating existing data.
• Set appointments for igus Sales Engineers in line with KPIs.
• Support sales team in assigned regions with sample preparation and administrative requirements for exhibitions.
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels.
• Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Review and update company websites and coordinate with external agencies for marketing materials.
• Analyze the impact of marketing campaigns and prepare easurement reports.
• Plan, develop, and deliver campaigns within specified timescales.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field. New graduates are welcome.
• Proven experience as a marketing officer or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
• Good understanding of market research, statistical, and data analysis methods.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, social media, and web analytics.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Team player with a customer-oriented approach.
