The new iglidur i2000 triboresin impresses with its excellent friction and wear properties - completely without PTFE. It opens up new possibilities for heavy-duty applications with simultaneous environmental awareness. Ideal for companies that want to rely on sustainable materials - especially in view of upcoming PFAS regulations in the EU.

The resin can be processed on standard DLP, LCD and SLA printers. Available in the shop in 1kg bottles.

Resin for gears in injection moulding quality

iglidur i4000 resin for DLP 3D printing

With iglidur i4000, a triboresin has been developed especially for gear applications. The material is suitable for components with high precision (up to tooth modulus m = 0.2) and is therefore ideal for a wide range of applications at room temperature.

The resin can be processed on standard DLP, LCD and SLA printers. Available in the shop in 1kg bottles or as a material in the online 3D printing service.

Filament for elegant surfaces and long service life

iglidur i150-BL tribofilament

The easy-to-process all-rounder filament iglidur i150 is now also available in proven quality in black with a great surface finish for sophisticated visible parts.
Available in the shop on a 750-g-cardboard spool or as a material in the online 3D printing service.

PTFE-free material for higher application temperatures

iglidur i230 laser-sintering powder

iglidur i230 is PTFE-free and can withstand long-term temperatures of up to 110°C. Compared to all other igus laser- sintering materials, iglidur i230 offers the highest flexural strength.
