Join Our Team as Junior Robotics & Automation Engineer
Kickstart your engineering career in robotics and automation! As a Junior Robotics & Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in advancing our RBTX platform across Singapore and Malaysia while supporting our broader Low-Cost Automation (LCA) strategy. This dual-function role combines technical engineering, vendor management, and customer-facing support, giving you hands-on exposure to one of the fastest-growing fields in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus – RBTX Platform Development & Procurement
- Lead the promotion and technical adoption of the RBTX platform in Singapore/Malaysia.
- Manage vendor relationships and local sourcing to ensure customers can purchase RBTX products locally.
- Support ASEAN colleagues with RBTX demos, training packages, and technical explanations.
Secondary Focus – Technical & Service Support
- Provide on-site technical support for RBTX and Drylin E products in Singapore.
- Assist sales teams with RFQs and technical demos for Drylin E components.
- Create instructional content (videos, guides) to simplify product use and installation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Robotics specialization or certification is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of automation systems, drives, controls, or basic programming is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for vendor and customer engagement.

Mobility Requirement
- Willingness to travel extensively within Singapore for on-site support.
