Detectable spherical bearing made of high-performance plastic


 
igubal® FC (Food Contact) bearings are crafted to enhance safety in food processing by being easily detectable. These self-aligning bearings are made from materials that can be swiftly located if a system failure occurs or if they're improperly used. Thanks to conventional metal-detection techniques, even minuscule fragments of the bearings can be identified and retrieved. This capability is crucial for preventing contamination and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of food processing activities.

  • If temperatures are higher than +80°C
  • When diameters above 16mm are required
  • If rotation speeds of more than 0.5m/s are to be achieved
