Harnessed triflex® R Cable Chains for Industrial Robots

Streamline your operations and boost efficiency with triflex® energy chain

triflex® harnessed cable chain

Suitable for industrial robot axes 1 to 6

We provide a fully harnessed triflex® cable chain package for your industrial robots. The cables and hoses have been pre-assembled in our readychain department, with a 1m overhang at each end of the e-chain® for easy installation.
The TRC.85 e-chain® is used for axes 3-6 and the TRLF.85 for axes 1-3.

The TRC is completely closed and protects the cables and hoses very effectively against sparks and welding beads. 

The TRCF is as robust as the TRC e-chain® and can even be opened with the snap lock.

  • 1m TRLF.85.135.0 including mounting brackets
  • Welding cable (2x35mm² + 1x25mm²) including multi-contact TSB and TSS welding connectors
  • Control cable (18x0.75mm² + 5x0.75mm²) including rectangular connector on both ends
  • Welding control cable (5x2x0.5mm²) including rectangular connector on both ends
  • 3x hoses - DN12 red, green, blue - including fixture on both ends
